Affiliate marketing can sound complex and hard to understand, but when you look at it in simple terms it all becomes clear. Say you knew a shop owner and that shop owner told you that if you brought people to his shop and they bought something he would pay you a commission of 50% of the sale price. In other words, if you brought a person that purchased one of his products you would receive a payment of around 50% for making that sale happen. The shop owner had no advertising cost or marketing costs so he can afford to pay you a high commission. It is a win win for you both and for the customer who might not have even known about the product without your help. This is basically the same on the internet with online affiliate marketing. You bring the person that buys something, then the owner of the product will give you somewhere around half of the original sale price for making the sale happen for him. I know some of you may of found this obvious but for many it is very hard to understand. If you would like me to explain anything in the next post, just ask in the comments. I think I will put together a small eBook that will give the basics of affiliate marketing, in really easy to understand terms to help anyone who finds their to this blog, just incase it may be helpful to someone. Lot’s of money to be made in this area and one I am very keen to gain as much knowledge on as possible so the eBook would be updated as we go too. My course this week has focused big time on the area of Affiliate Marketing. Prior to this course, I have had a few attempts like many people, to make money online. Tried surveys and referral sites that pay you to send people to them. A good one was Cashle. Have a look if you want to make a little cash. http://goo.gl/dSY0r It is 100% free. Some make it big here if they live in the USA. I will only ever recommend things that I have done myself that have worked. You can count on me for that. I made $178 on Cashle quite quickly but more importantly it taught me very important things about affiliate marketing. I feel this is an area I am fast gaining knowledge and confidence in. There is certainly big money for those who know how to do affiliate marketing effectively. People go onto the internet to look for information. Billions of times a day that happens. The people who provide consistent good content that is useful to the reader do very well. Everyone wins that way. Reader and writer both. I like the idea of the win win. Don’t you?
My vision for online marketing is growing with every part of this course. Ideas are flooding into my head. The sky is the limit. I want to go all the way. A career in online marketing. I can see now it is totally possible. Imagine having the lifestyle of a steady, large cash flow. You could live anywhere you wanted! You would not have to live near a job! You can drive a nice car, Pay someone else to mow your lawn and clean your house. Buy your parents a new house…What ever! You may think I am a little star struck but let me assure you my feet are firmly planted on the ground. This is going to take some work. I am not afraid of work. I am doing this course at the same time as school. Holidays will be great so I can do more. I still take out the rubbish and wash the cars, help around the house where I can. etc. I have been to some day seminars on making money online with my Mum. Her and Dad are totally awesome and fully support my dream of a successful internet business. I would not be at this point and have the confidence to do this without Mum. She has fantastic sayings like “if you can dream it and believe it, you can achieve it.” No point in not believing this. Skepticism is for the old and broke she says. So for now I am going with it! I’m Loving this! Learning more all the time! Questions are being answered and blanks are being filled in. There is a lot to learn but it all makes sense. This making money online thing , I now fully believe it doable for anyone! Knowledge is the key. I mentioned to my Grandma that I was doing a course on how to make money online and she smiled and said “Good for you dear, I would not have the first clue how to do that!” Of course not, because you have not learnt how. That is all it is. that is what is separating you and I from being online success stories. Knowledge and action. Knowledge and action are the keys. We can all do this. Stick with me and I will share much, much more as we go. Early days. I want to get it right. The internet that we all take so much for granted really is mind blowing! Where will we be in 5 years? My Dad showed me a record the other day. You know, like they used to play music with! Now we have instant music at our finger tips. I love music. I can’t imagine not having the access to it that the internet has allowed. It is really weird to be writing my thoughts down for anyone to see but I am also happy for the chance to help other people who might be like me and just need a place to start with someone who is genuine. I wonder if anyone will ever read all this? I really hope so. I know I am going to be able to teach this to others. There are so many ways to make money online! I am working my way through an online success training course with fully supported mentoring. I don’t want to tell you about it yet because I want to do the whole course and be able to honestly tell people if it is any good or not. So far it is excellent. Can’t believe how much rubbish on making money online is out there! OMG! It is so hard to tell what is BS and what is real. But there are ethical trainers out there. It is just a matter of finding them. I feel I am on a winner with the one I am following at the moment. So far the content is thorough and valuable and I am having no trouble following it. I am learning so much! I believe I will be even able to create a useful product in the near future that could help others with their sights set on internet wealth to get a real strong start. Knowing where and how to start is half the battle! I saved up to get this course and I am going to get everything I can from it. I like to learn this way from online tutorials and eBooks because you can stop and go back if you missed something. This course has excellent support too which is great. It is good to feel I have a team of support with me. I have called on them several times and they have been great. When I think about the lifestyle options available to successful internet marketers… choices about where you live and how you spend each day! I also don’t want debt to be a part of my life. I have seen the stress it brings my parents. I just don’t want to live that way. This has to be better and worth the best shot I can give it. One thing I have learnt from this course is to have a goal when you start. What do you want? What is your dream? You need to know why you are having a go at this. Write down what you want in life. A few people have asked for more info about me. So ok… A bit more about me. I live in Australia where “they” say it is one of the best countries economically to be in right now with all the global money trouble. I have a pretty good life but I know time is moving quickly and I want to be able to support myself and start a great life as a young adult with money behind me. Not sure yet if I will go to university. Probably will for the experience, networking and fun. The most important thing to me is that I am financially independent from my parents. I want my own money, and the freedom that brings. I want to travel the world and see all the wonders. I like tennis and basketball, time with friends and my family. Love good movies. Bit of a movie buff I am told. I love my Apple computer and all things Apple. I want to be successful, dah! Who doesn’t! But I see so many miserable adults (many with high qualifications and big businesses) in deep financial trouble and all the misery that brings. Many are in jobs and businesses they hate that take all their time and energy. I see it and I don’t want it. Don’t sign me up for that! I feel if I don’t take a different track I will end up like that. I have to choose to be different and have a plan. So this is my go at bypassing the rat race. This is a from scratch effort and you are here at the beginning. I want to be different to all the hype and crap on making money online that is out there right now. I want to find a way through all the junk and just do the things that count and work. I am sure there are others out there like me who are looking for an online career and a chance for success who just need a place to start and some honest real support along the way. I want to be that for people. Get the knowledge first, then share the good stuff around.
The world out there looks awesome to me and I just want to get into all the great things there are to do. They say that money does not make you happy…but a lack of it sure seems to make people miserable so figure that one out? When I get some money I will let you know if it makes me happy. Wouldn’t you like to find out how it feels to make $50,000 a month. Some people do you know. Why not us?

After what seems like forever, I am finally making my very first post on this blog. For a long time I have wanted to get started but it took me a while to find a trustworthy, successful mentor and a course that taught the step by step process of making money online. So many people today realise there is money to be made online. It is not a fallacy, or all about scamming people. No. It is very real and normal everyday people are succeeding online. I am only 15 
and I know from my parents experience that most adults end up in jobs that they don’t like. That is why places like “Thank God It’s Friday” were created! I really don’t want to end up that way. Mum said if I could find something I like to do and make money from it, I will never work a day in my life. I don’t mind work at all, but jumping into the rut of going to work in crap peek hour traffic and spending years in a job I hate is not what I want. So, I need to take a different direction.. Like most people my age I love the internet. It is like oxygen to me!:) You know what I mean. I marvel at it and just want to be a part of it as my career. If I could make money online I would be doing something I love for my money. Mum also said that if I can help enough other people get what they want, I will get the things I want. Help others. What a great idea. I can do that. So watch this space. I am very determined to get going here and make a success of my online business. All the big successful guys started at zero too. So am I. I intend to study the successful internet marketers. The ones with ethics and integrity. I want to learn from the best. I am investing time and money into my education. I know it will take some time. I am patient but committed to results. If you also want to make a success of online marketing, stick here and we can go on the journey together. I will be sharing my knowledge along the way. I am in the middle of a training course now that is quite long and detailed, aimed at the beginner. As I feel I master understanding I will happily pass on knowledge.
